Hello gentleman, 
I am writing in english as I am not Polish, but Romanian, and you guys have the best forum for Nissan cars. 
I have a Nissan X-Trail T32 (2017) 2.0dci 4x4, with the N-Connecta package. As I wanted some additional functionalities, I did the following updates:

• Changed headlights from normal H11 to OEM led version, using a this conversion cables.
• Installed two additional USB ports for charging the phones. 
• Added the OEM 19inch wheels and tyres, as the standard 18inch were not on my taste. 

Now, I am looking if it is worth to upgrade:

• Navigation system, to the version with Android Auto / Apple Carplay. This guys sell the conversion cables for 300 USD and additionally you the sat-nav version 259158FW5B, an additional 300 USD... and seems quite a risky investment, not sure it is worth?
• Is it worth changing the seats to the leather version for the heated seats option? 
• I saw this upgrade which I really loved 

Did you find any other interesting updates worth doing?

Hello. Hope that someone will help you here. Unfortunately xtrail is not scope of my knowledge.

Conversion kit for harness is too expensive. If You know connections in navi connect 4, you are able do your own harness with buying good crimping tool, wires, connectors and pins for about 100$ or less. What they do with this navi? Normally navigations are locked for another car. They use can emulators or they reprogramming navi? If this 300$ is for navi with reprograming then it's almost good price. If not it's too much.

Thank you for your reply. I do not have knowledge about how to make the harness myself, so I will have to buy them somehow. 
I did not know that navigations are locked for another car. Those guys promote themself as specialists in Nissan navigations and they did not mention this. 
The navigation I have to require myself from an auto dismantling company, and the harness will be send by them. If navigations are locked, than all investment is for nothing. 

Looks kind of risky and expensive, maybe not worth.

You have two ways of implement. First - You have to buy AIVIP32R0 navi from car that had 360 camera system. I'm not sure whether is necessary, i heard that connect 4 navis have own menu where you can chose backup camera or 360 bird eye camera system. Second - make a harness conversion kit, because connectors are different.

1. First way is find offical Nissan service and ask them for recoding navi to work with your car.

2. Second way - buy CAN emulator to avoid of radio locking when communicate with car CAN system.

Your navi has 18+2 pin connector, and 24 pins connector.

Connect 4 has 18+2 and 40 pin connectors. 

For first connector You can buy male and female part with preassemled wires on aliexpress, second connector female and male part You can receive by buying any console harness from nissan that had radio with 40 pin connector. For sure there will be a female side and there is a little chance for 40 pins male side. Removal of pins for male connector is quite difficult. Much easier for female side. Those connectors (replacement parts of original) You can also by via aliexpress. But the You have to crimp pins on wires by yourself.

It's only looks difficult. But it needs more time to do.

You must chose - long and cheaper or fast and higher price.

Crimping tool 45€ + CAN emulator 69€ + connectors from aliexpress 20€ + any main room harness for original nissan wires 20€.

Navi here in Poland 100-200€, but i'm sure You have in Romania online shops with this stuff.

Total: 254-354€ + your work time You'll spend.

Now ask them price for unlocked navi and harness conversion kit.

I think their harness will look better than mine and that's all.

But there is a risk you will fail when DIY installation. You must calculate which option is better for You. But You can learn everything or some things like making your own harness.

I read it 3 times to be able to correctly understand. 
Let me try to resume and check if I understood correctly:

1. My navigation has a 360 camera installed, so I need the AIVIP32R0 Nissan navigations.
2. Decoding the navigation
   1. A decoder is needed NISSAN CAN filter – security emulator (69 EUR).
      OR
   2. Ask the Nissan dealer to recode the navigation to my car. Checking if they have the knowhow
3. Connecting the navigation
   1. Buy the cables for 300 USD from the source mentioned above, or maybe from you
   2. Make the cables, add the Can Filter from step 2.1 -> approx 350 EUR - this option is kind of complicated as I am technical but not so good with wiring...

I saw that you work in this field, as you already swapped navigations to juke/pulsar. Do you think I could order navigation and cables from you sometimes in 2023?

Exactly, except one thing or two. 359 € is total cost of plug and play set. 359€ (or maybe 380-400) is with navigation.

I won't be able do a conversion for You. I do mine for one year already and i haven't finished yet.

I can help You to find appropriate connectors, crimping tool, wiring diagram - these from yesterday need to be confirmed.

The best way is to find seller of this navi with connectors. Then You need buy only two connectors from aliexpress, crimping tool, any used harness from nissan and CAN emulator - a little soldering needed for it.

With connectors from Aliexpress You can practice to crimp. There is more pins in set that You need for your car. Then connect them and test in car.

Udało Ci się z konwersją Connect 3 do Connect 4 ? Brakuje mi Carplay w Connect 3 i to w sumie największy problem,który skłania mnie do wymiany radia na nowszy model. Na forum rozpisują się o chińczykach na androidzie, koszt wymiany wydają się być podobne, ale myślę że co oryginał to oryginał.

Znasz kogoś kto ma na sprzedaż gotowe kable , czy trzeba samemu posiłkować się ali ?

Ja robiłem connect 0 do connect 3 tylko 😁 Niestety C3 do C4 u mnie to rzeźba i to z mała szansą na powodzenie - dobór radia z innego modelu, dopasowanie tego, samodzielne wykonanie ramki.... Ale w x po przeróbkach wiązki chyba dałoby radę, tylko również trzeba mieć emulator, chyba, że ASO dałoby rade wkodować radio. No i nie wiem czy ten system co sam parkuje (PA, jeśli go masz) po wrzuceniu connecta 4 by działał. Wiem, że mikrofon chyba byłby do przeróbki. Nie znam niestety żadnej firmy która by sprzedawała gotowe adaptery wiązki. Na którymś forum Nissana w USA gość rozpisywał szczegółowo różnice we wiązkach i co gdzie idzie. Mam to gdzieś zapisane, ale mam taki bajzel, że szybko tego raczej nie znajdę. Podstawa to mieć radio póki jeszcze gdzieś są. Sprawne radio. Jeśli masz już connecta 3 to dla Ciebie przeróbka jest dużo łatwiejsza. Ja musiałem mieć sterownik tylnej kamery (spryskiwanie, czyszczenie),  pompę pneumatyczną, moduł kamer, wiązkę z tekny, przeciqgnąć i wykonać całe brakujqce wiązki. Ciąć otwory w tylnej klapie, grill wymienić. Ramkę wymienić  wiązki w drzwiach, wiązkę w tylnej klapie, blendę przerobić. Adaptery zrobić, dorzucać antene gps... U Ciebie, z tego co piszesz to tylko adaptację wiązki. No może jeszcze ten mikrofon.

Ja mam wersję TEKNA z wszystkimi systemami, w gratisie to nieszczęsne radio. W QQ 2019 miałem już nowe radio, mam porównanie. Nawigacja C3 to porażka, w C4 można aktualizować z pena, ale w sumie po co navi jak jest carplay/android auto. Radio kosztuje poniżej tysiaka, reszta to okablowanie. Kwotowo do ogarnięcia.
